Notice: The joint law enforcement operation

通知：联合执法—清除消防通道内杂物

Dear Valued Resident:

尊贵的住户们：

For safety reason, the government officers carried out joint law enforcement operation for our building and cleaned all items which are placed in fire channel in this afternoon.

为了确保大厦的消防安全，今日下午由派出所、城管及街道管理人员组成的联合执法队伍对本大厦消防通道（即公共走道及公共区域）内所堆放的杂物进行了一次清理。

Those items which are cleared by today will be stored in the warehouse of property management company for 1 month. If resident wants to take it back, please contact with our front desk before 31^st August 2025, and then resident needs to move item back by himself/herself from the warehouse. After the end of August, these items will be cleared as unclaimed property by government officers.

此次执法行动中所清出的杂物，目前暂存物业仓库中。2025年8月31日前，如有住户需要取回物品，请联系我司前台，而后住户需自行从仓库将物品搬运至房间中。2025年8月31日后，联合执法队将视仓库内的上述杂物为无主物品并进行统一处理。

We kindly remind all residents again: Prohibit Placing Any Items (include but is not limited to shoe rack, shoes, baby carriage, bicycle )in Fire Channel（including public corridor, fire ladder hall .etc.）. When outbreak of fire, these items which are placed in fire channel will block the fire escape route and the access of firemen. Therefore, the owner of these items also will be held responsible for any casualties or loss to the others in case of fire.

最后，我司再次提醒大家：消防通道内严禁摆放任何物品(包括但不限于鞋架/箱、鞋类物品、儿童推车、自行车等)，消防通道包括公共走廊及等。万一发生火警，放置在消防通道内的物品将会影响消防疏散并造成不可估计的严重后果，同时物主也将承担相应的法律责任。
