Tips: Keep Pets in civilized way

尊贵的 住户们：

It has come to our attention that pet excrement has been frequently discovered in the public areas of the building. Hence, we kindly remind these residents who keep pet about following information:

近期大厦公共区域多次发现宠物狗排泄物，此类事件的发生不但对公共环境造成了污染，同时也侵害了其他住户的合法权益。为此，我司再次提醒相关住户如下信息：

Please do not bring pets into the passenger elevator and the lobby to avoid disturbing other residents. Pet owners can take the fire elevator to Floor G, and exit the building through the back garden. For the safety reason and to avoid unnecessary accidents, please do not walk your dog in the public areas of the building. If an accident occurs, the pet owner will bear the corresponding legal responsibility.

1.  请不要携带宠物乘坐客梯及进入大堂等公共区域，以免宠物惊扰其他住户及损害他人权益。携带宠物者可乘坐消防梯至G楼层，并从G楼层消防梯出口经后花园离开大厦。为了他人的安全及避免不必要的意外发生，请勿在大厦公共区域内遛狗，如意外发生，宠物主人则将承担相应的法律责任。

Please keep your eyes on your pets when you carrying pets through public areas such as fire elevators, do not allow your pets to defecate urine or feces in public areas of the building, such as gardens and elevators.

2. 携带宠物途径消防电梯等公共区域时，请全程管控您的宠物并做好相关清洁措施，请勿让宠物将尿液或粪便随意排泄在大厦公共区域，例如花园、电梯等。

Incidents of dogs attacking people occur frequently in society. The Shanghai Government has also strengthened the management of dogs, therefore, please keep pets in a legal and compliant manner.

3.  社会上犬只伤人事件屡有发生，目前上海市政府亦加强了犬只管理事务，特别是对于违规养宠事宜加强了管理力度，故请合法合规饲养宠物。

For harmonious neighborhood relations and a clean living environment, please keep dogs in a civilized manner.
