Notice: Building Rule of Bicycle and Electric Bicycle Parking

通知：大厦非机动车停放管理规定

Effective May 17, 2021, all bicycle & electric bicycle of 41 residents will be requested to park at a designated space in B1 with door lock protected.

自2021年5月1日起，所有非机动需停放至本大厦B1层新规划的非机动车停放区域（新区域设有门禁）。

By the end of April, above residents should register at our frontdesk. A deposit of 50 RMB for a card key which is refundable is to be paid before May 17.

请需要停放非机动车的住户在2021年4月底前至前台进行登记并领取一张门禁卡（需支付50元/张的押金）。

Each apartment is eligable to park 1 bicycle or electric bicycle. Special request will be considered upon space availability. Please be advised no ayi &workers is allowed to park in 41 area.

每户限停放一辆住户（业主/租客）非机动车，非住户人员（例如：家政人员、装修工人）非机动车请停放在大厦外公共停车区域。
