通知：关于新车辆管理系统启用事宜

尊贵的住户：

From 1^st April, 2021, the new vehicle management system will be implemented through our frontdesk . apply a “Temporary Parking Permit” for access自2021年4月1日起，本大厦将启用新的车辆管理系统。为了保证您的车辆可以顺利进出大厦，请您及时至我司前台办理《芝大厦临时停车证》，具体办理方法如下：

1.      For owner: provide your property ownership certificate and vehicle certificate for applying “ 2021 Temporary Parking Permit”.

1.业主办理《2021年度芝大厦临时停车证》，需提供房产证及行驶证原件。

2.  For tenant: provide leasing contract, authorization and vehicle certificate for applying “ 2021 Temporary Parking Permit”.

2.租客办理《2021年度芝大厦临时停车证》需提供租赁合同、业主书面授权书及行驶证原件。

Tips: each apartment is eligible for one temporary parking permit and get discount for temporary parking charge.

备注：每户仅允许为一辆机动车登记办理《芝大厦临时停车证》并享受相应优惠。
