Notice: The management of Bicycle and Motorcycle Parking

For the needs of basement transformation, the parking area of non-motor vehicle will be adjusted in B1F. New parking area of non-motor vehicle is limited, so each apartment can park one non-motor vehicle (only for resident) to this building. Non-residents (such as housekeeper, decoration worker)’ bicycle or motorcycle will be prohibited enter our building.

因地库改造需要，B1F非机动车停车区域将进行调整。鉴于重新规划后的非机动车停车区域空间有限，故每户限停放一辆住户（业主/租客）非机动车，非住户人员（例如：家政人员、装修工人）非机动车请停放在大厦外公共停车区域。

From April 1, 2021, we will conduct a unified clearance of non licensed/non owner motor vehicles.

另自2021年4月1日开始，我司将对地库内无牌/无主的非机动车进行统一清理。
